I cant believe HSN can advertise this product to clean as it does on TV. I get no results as they say on TV and I really wanted this to work.

Well was excited to use this product , Read directions rolled up my sleeves and started to clean my oven and 4 pans . i waited ,expecting to do some scrapping . The moment of truth . It FAILED miserably ! Ima clean freak and very detailed oriented ,so very disappointed .Tried 3 times and gave up. Will send back for sure . SOS pads work much better lol.

The video made it look like magic and I could be done with oven cleaners. Not the case. I've attempted using the product twice now and my oven door is still not clean. I let it soak and scrubbed it with the scrubber and although it looked like it should just "wipe away", it hasn't.

Tried heating toaster oven drip pan to 200 degrees and let the solution set for 10 minutes. Wish I could return it because it does not work!

After using this and having it NOT work, I looked up the ingredients. Look up sodium hydroxzide, diethyl phthalate and mycrene. We are using this on our ovens and grills, then heating up these left over chemicals to cook on..what the heck ! I will be filing a complaint with HSN. We need to demand better than this!!

Gave this as a gift and the person I gave this too said it dose not work as it says it dose. I would not buy again. Really not happy with this product.

Don't waste ur money!!! My oven was not that soiled. I did the window 3 times, and also the door,Took a small amount off, but by that time, my arm was killing me. Sending it back. and hopefully i won't be fooled again!!

I tried this product on my stained pots and pans, expecting the same results I had seen on the demo.IT WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!I worked and worked to get my pans cleaner, but no improvement was ever seen. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!!

I used this on the bottom tray of a multipurpose oven. It took smaller spots off but nothing like the TV promotion. I was very disappointed. I was also surprised at how toxic it is, I e., wear protective eyewear, gloves, etc....I would've never bought it. Not happy.

It did not work in my oven, melts on the show, it did not melt at all, did not remove baked on grease at all. Very disappointed
