I am extremely happy with my cut. I made the appointment the day before, and they were able to fit me in, which was a miracle. Kenya did such a fantastic job, especially considering I didn’t give her much direction (I just wanted a much shorter ‘do)! Everyone was very polite and friendly, and the price really can’t be beat.

I came in for a single process color. My stylist was friendly and had great recommendation for color that turned out fantastic. I decided to get a hair conditioning Botanical treatment last minute and they accommodated me on the spot. Stylist’s Service and hair products used were great. I would have appreciated a more thorough blow-dry, and an explanation that the single process does not come with any special drying (stylist did not even offer to brush my hair during or after the drying process), and had to ask to sit under the dryer to finish my hair drying (sub zero temps out today!). Upon finalizing the drying process I ran my hands thru my hair and asked about why it was sticky and the stylist said it was conditioner still in my hair but walked away and did not offer to re-wash my hair.

Critical:ProfessionalismI’ve been to this salon twice. First time was a great experience. Norman was my stylist and he was very professional and truly made me feel like he cared. I came out loving my cut and with a new product recommended by Norman that I now use every day. Great experience.For my second time there, Jasmine was my stylist. Absolutely dreadful experience. Very rude and COMPLETELY botched my haircut. The only thing I told her was that I wanted to get rid of the puffs on the sides of my head and give my sideburns some shape. The puffs are still there and she literally shaped one of my sideburns and left the other one basically untouched. I had to fix it on my own as soon as I got home. Also, she turned the chair around and had me staring at the aisle for half of the duration of the cut so I couldn’t even see what she was doing. An absolutely horrible experience. I should’ve waited for Norman to come back from vacation….I’ve been to this salon twice. First time was a great experience.
