Victoria Burl "Butch" Wayne Sellers 1943 — 2024 Burl "Butch" Wayne Sellers, 81, entered into eternal rest on April 16th in Victoria, TX. Son of the late Ruby Lee "White" and Roy Clarence Sellers, he was born February 20, 1943 in Bay City, TX. He graduated from Bay City High School in 1961 where he served in the Civil Air Patrol. Butch learned the value of a dollar, throwing newspapers as a young boy. He was proud to have saved enough money to buy a brand-new Cushman motor scooter. This began his love affair with motorcycles, and all things with a motor. He would go on to own several motorcycles, boats and even an airboat that he really enjoyed. Butch entered the Army in 1964. She was born November 16, 1975, the beloved daughter of George and Barbara Manna of Bay City. Melody attended Bay City High School. In 1993 she was third runner-up for Rice Festival Queen. She was involved in D.E.C.A., preparing young adults to become innovative leaders in marketing, hospitality, finance, and management. They lived near Matagorda Bay and Old Gulf where Frank Bell, her father, worked for Texas Gulf Sulphur and where she enjoyed the love and fellowship of her large family of brothers and sisters.
